OCD Delaware
OCD Delaware is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization aimed at providing community support and awareness for those living with OCD and related disorders in the state of Delaware.
As an affiliate of the International OCD Foundation, OCD Delaware is committed to providing up-to-date and evidence-based information toward the treatment and support of those living with obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders.
Our Mission
The mission of OCD Delaware is to serve as a voice of hope for those affected by OCD in the state, while furthering the ongoing mission of the International OCD Foundation–which is to ensure that no one with OCD or related disorders suffers alone.
Vision
The vision of OCD Delaware is to uplift and empower individuals living with OCD and related disorders by fostering hope, advancing understanding and education, and serving as a supportive community that promotes healing and connection at every stage of recovery.
History
OCD Delaware was founded in the summer of 2024 and began formal proceedings in January of 2025. Founding board members include: Mackenzie Reed, RN; Kathleen Rupertus, PsyD; Gina Raciti, PhD; Brian Ashenfelter, PsyD; Jeff Pincin, LPCMH; Amelia Serine, PsyD; and Sidney Lodge–together allowing for representation from various capacities and regions of the state.

About The IOCDF
From the foundation: “The IOCDF is the leading authority on obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and related disorders. As the largest 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in this space, we are dedicated to serving a broad community of individuals around the world along with their family members, loved ones, mental health professionals, and researchers. What started as a small group seeking mutual support in 1986 has grown into an international organization with Affiliates in 33 U.S. states in addition to global partnerships with other OCD organizations and mental health non-profits around the world.”
