Group details: An informal OCD support group for older adults, with up to 10 members, always looking for new people to discuss and encourage sufferers to talk about their symptoms and how they can get help. Offer advice from personal experiences, etc.

Group details: Virtual OCD support group for those experiencing any theme of OCD. The group will focus on supporting you in your journey through not giving into compulsions.
Time and cost: The group will meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 1:00-2:00pm EST. Group is at no cost. Must be at least 18 years old.

Group details: An in-person support group with a GOAL approach to help meetings be a place of hope. Group members will encourage, support each other, and share in the celebration of each other’s successes. The GOAL group is also appropriate for those in OCD recovery. Open to individuals 18+.
Time and cost: Meets the first Monday of each month from 6:00-7:15 pm and costs $20.

Perinatal OCD Psychoeducation Group
Perinatal OCD Psychoeducation Group
Hosted by: Alliance Counseling
Facilitator: Abby Bugbee, Psy.D.
Group details: A 4-week psychoeducation group that covers what perinatal OCD is, symptoms, as well as the basics of treatment and interventions. Facilitated by Abby Bugbee, Psy.D., a licensed psychologist who specializes in treating OCD and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. This group is intended for birthing people in the perinatal timeframe who either have an OCD diagnosis or are concerned they might.
Time and cost: Meets virtually once a week for four weeks. Cost is $50/session. Please inquire for exact dates and sliding scale if needed.
